Antropy Incorporated uses proven proprietary technology and processes to advance thin film optical products for manufacture.

Our current mission is to develop, manufacture, and sell LED coupler-concentrator components based on proven and proprietary thin film materials, newly allowed patents, and patent applications. Antropy's planar LED coupler-concentrator (ApCC) components, both passive and active, increase the efficiency, performance and functionality of LED driven light sources. They are particularly valuable for the High Brightness (HB) segment of the Solid State Lighting (SSL) market. ApCC components enable a breakthrough in the cost/performance barriers currently blocking wide-scale adoption of solid state lighting. Specifically they will disrupt current product road maps in premium value, directed HB-SLL segments.

buildingAntropy is proud to announce new state-of-the-art manufacturing. Antropy will conclude a merit invitation for an independent, co-location alliance with The Jack Baskin School of Engineering at the University of California. Antropy owns, wide area, state-of-the-art, thin film manufacturing equipment that will soon be relocated to its class 100 clean room optical assembly space at the newly renovated facility. This 200mm semiconductor fabrication facility was donated by Texas Instruments to The Jack Baskin School of Engineering to be used for advanced materials and thin film technology development. This facility, overlooking Natural Bridges State Park and the Pacific Ocean, provides an appropriate and prestigious showcase for Antropy products and technologies.
